At Tide & Timeless Jewellery, every piece is handmade with care using reclaimed vintage spoons, hand-collected sea glass, and dried flowers. We take pride in creating quality pieces and packing them safely for their journey to you.

Processing Times
Ready-to-ship items: Dispatched within 2 working days.
Made-to-order and personalised items: Please allow 5–7 working days for your jewellery to be created before dispatch.
If your order is likely to take longer, we'll contact you as soon as possible.
Shipping
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email.

Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and cannot be guaranteed. Delays caused by postal services, weather, or other circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of Tide & Timeless Jewellery.

Packaging
Your jewellery will be carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely and is ready for gifting or keeping.
Incorrect Addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. Tide & Timeless Jewellery cannot be responsible for delays or additional postage costs caused by incorrect address details.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or hasn't arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue and keep you informed throughout the process.
